The Eugenie haloes an oval diamond and lifts it on a twisting band of warm 18K yellow gold, the shank crossing beneath the encircled stone. At 1.5 carats the halo amplifies the oval while the twist adds movement and romance, the golden metal warming the whole design. It's a flattering, feminine ring — the halo making the most of the centre, the twist giving it dimension and a vintage softness. Lovely as an engagement piece or an everyday sparkler.
